A template is the first thing to select before the build of your segment.
A template define the id you want to select. The selected id depends on the channel you want to use.

To order all the segments in your CDP and to facilitate their use for the different channels.
It’s mandatory to respect a specific format for each segment name
Here the file which will help you to define the name of your new segment
A destination is the last thing to select after the build of your segment.
A destination define the channel to where you want to send your new segment.
In some specific cases, you don’t need to select one (see below)

Now you know how to create a segment using the right template and the right destination.
If your destination was IDeliver, you don’t need to make anything after the segment creation. Your segment will be available the day after in the tool, under the ‘Temporary score’ dimension. If your destination is an other one, go to the next step
