Audience builder is the main targeting module accessible in Salesforce solution. This module allows marketing teams to use data dimensions to filer, exclude and segment customer data base in order to define the right target for one communication.

It dynamically creates targeted audiences from contacts who are linked to your country.

How does Audience Builder work ?

Audience Builder module is built using 4 main steps: 1. Filer your audience : use all the filters criteria needed in order to target the right customers 2. Exclude part of your audience : use all the filters criteria needed in order to exclude customers identify in the first filter step 3. Segment your audience : use all the filters criteria needed in order to separate the filtered population and create segments. It could allow you to send distincts content during the send part or to manage distincts paths in Journey Builder 4. Publish your audience : publish the audience created in order to use for sends.

Using data in each step will allow you to create the right audience link to your communication objectives.
